Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased from our online store can be sent back for exchange/return through courier.
ZileNoor Collection allows its customers to exchange/return the purchased items subject to conditions. The exchange of item will be allowed if:

  • The customer has submitted a request for exchange (via email, phone call or WhatsApp) within 5 days of receipt of the purchased item;
  • The item is in its original packing and the price tag is intact;
  • It has no emits, odours, perfume scents, stains or anything which suggests the item was used or washed.

Customized Items or bought on sale cannot be exchanged/returned. If an item bought on regular price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at sale price.

The exchange request is not based on colour variation, as slight differences may occur.

ZileNoor Collection has the right, at its the sole discretion, to accept or deny the request for exchange.
Upon the acceptance of request for exchange, the customer will be notified by our customer service.

This exchange policy does not apply to orders to be shipped outside Pakistan.

ZileNoor Collection does not offer cash refunds, except in cases where a delivered article is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.

Refunds are processed only after the returned item has passed quality inspection by our team.

Shipping / handling charges are non-refundable.

Refunds may take up to 7 working days to process after approval.

All refund decisions remain at the sole discretion of ZileNoor Collection.
