Q) How can I order on your website?

1) Add all the products in your cart by clicking on Add to Cart for each item.

2) Click on the Cart icon from the top right corner of the page.

3) Confirm all the products with the quantities.

4) Click on CHECKOUT to proceed forward.

5) Add your address, contact number and other information required. If you are not sure about the postal code, just enter 00000.

6) Click on continue to shipping and select the standard shipping.

7) Click on continue to payment.

8) Click on Complete Order to finish the procedure.

9) You'll receive a confirmation message of the order on your contact number or the email address you have provided.

Q) What is your delivery time?

We at ZileNoor Collection aim to process and dispatch your order within 1-3 working days once the order is confirmed. (time may vary as per nature of articles)

You are requested to be available on the provided contact number so our team can reach you.

The estimated delivery time for New Collections order is 5 to 7 working days from the order date.

During sale or any event delivery time may exceed due to high volume order log.

Delivery time for international orders is 5-12 working days.

Q) What are the shipping charges?

Rs.200 for nationwide delivery in Pakistan

Charges for international deliveries vary depending upon the destination.

We are offering Cash on Delivery for customers in Pakistan.

Yes, we do.

Q) Can I exchange my outfit in case of incorrect size?

Yes. We offer exchanges for domestic orders at your door step. You can contact us for size exchange

Q) Is there Cash on Delivery for International orders?

No, we do not offer COD services for international orders. International customers need to pay in advance either via bank transfer or Master/Visa card online. We use a very secure internet banking option.

Q) What are the terms and conditions for international orders?

For international orders, COD service is NOT available. International customers need to pay in advance either via Master/Visa card or Bank Transfer.

International orders take 5-12 working days for delivery.

Also, note the following for international orders:

* Once you add your items to the shopping cart and proceed for checkout, enter your address and country for delivery.

* At the time of checkout, delivery charges will be calculated according to your location and added to the final billable amount.

* Custom duties or any kind of taxes applicable on the imported product will be payable by the customer (i.e. the importer/ Customer).

*No returns/refunds or exchanges will be entertained for international orders
